Business to Consumer (B2C) is a type of commercial activity where companies provide goods directly to consumers. An example of a business for consumers can be selling clothes in an online store, event organizing services, real estate offices. Some companies operate in both B2B and B2C areas.
For example, an event organization may offer wedding planning services, but may also provide conference services to other businesses.
