MO/TO payments

MO/TO payments is a type of operation for paying for services on the Internet using payment cards. The difference between MO/TO payments from the others is that the payment is identified by phone, e-mail, or using other communication channels.
These payments are categorized as card-not-present transactions. Since it is impossible to identify the identity of the cardholder with such data transfer, such payments are classified as high-risk.
